Andrea Cespedes is an American Council on Exercise-certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and specializes in cycling, running, yoga, pilates and strength training. A professionally-trained chef trained at the Institute of Culinary Education, Andrea also has focused studies in nutrition and weight loss.
